A NEW DAY 8-16-04
The sun rode taday
Beside the feeling of lonelyness
Remarkablly I am alive and happy
Light pecking through my window
Curessing my face with its warmth
Telling me good morning
I get up to greet my best friend
Looking in to the eyes of a welcoming person
I wisper "Good Morning"
Exiting my room to greet a new day
There is a smile wiped across my face
As I see the glorious beauties of day
Today IS a new day
The slate has been wiped clean
And I can go outside again
The fog has been lifted
And the rainclouds are gone
The only thing to see now is a rainbow.
